Who I am
I see primarily remote therapy clients from Brooklyn, NY. I am passionate about helping people become the biggest, fullest self they can be. I bring a unique background as a researcher and writer, including a PhD on AI from UC Berkeley and a book on the psychology of influence and trauma. For my writing, please visit my author page.

What I Offer
Are you ready to get curious about yourself and your place in the universe, to explore your inner world with depth, focus, and care, to identify and grow beyond the patterns that have been keeping you stuck, and to settle into a higher experience of freedom, flow, and connection? I have extensive training and experience in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, a transformative evidence-based modality that honors the strengths and hangups of all the different "parts" of you, and also draw on Somatic Therapy, Jungian Archetypal Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities in a tailored approach to your needs. I work with a broad range of issues including executive functioning, trauma, depression, anxiety, gender identity, and intimacy.

If you are interested in exploring the possibility of working together, I invite you to contact me below for a free consultation. I'm here to hold space for the hurt and also to make the process adventurous, revelatory, and nourishing — even fun.
